**Senior AI Automation Engineer / Solutions Architect | Part Time or Project Based |

We are an established US based digital marketing agency, is seeking a highly experienced AI Automation Engineer to identify, design, and implement sophisticated AI solutions that significantly improve operational efficiency. Our immediate priority is automating monthly client reporting, including data integration across multiple marketing platforms, performance analysis, AI generated insights, and PowerPoint report creation. Additional opportunities include automating project management, SEO workflows, client onboarding, marketing operations, and other recurring agency processes. This individual will work directly with senior agency leadership to evaluate opportunities, architect solutions, and independently lead implementation.

We are seeking a proven AI automation expert, not an AI enthusiast, prompt engineer, or entry level automation specialist. Candidates must have successfully designed, deployed, and maintained production level AI automations for businesses, with advanced expertise in AI agents, n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs, Python or JavaScript, and complex system integrations. Strong capabilities in workflow architecture, data validation, error handling, security, and scalable automation are essential. Candidates must be able to leverage existing AI platforms as well as develop custom solutions when appropriate. Digital marketing agency experience is not required. Engagement: This position will begin as a paid, project based engagement focused on automating our monthly client reporting. Successful completion may lead to an ongoing part time role supporting additional AI automation initiatives across the agency. Compensation is negotiable based on experience, technical expertise, and project scope.
