Appointment Setter for Chiropractic and Wellness Clinics in Hawaii (On-Call, Speed to Lead)

About Us
We are a group of busy chiropractic and wellness clinics in Hawaii. People reach out to us every day looking for help with pain and better health, and we need someone fast, friendly and confident to call them back and get them booked.

The Role
This is not a typical shift job. You will not be sitting at a desk for 8 hours. Instead, you will be on call, and when a new lead comes in, you drop what you are doing and call them within 5 minutes.

Coverage hours are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Hawaii time, Monday through Sunday. That is 2:00 AM to 2:00 PM Philippine time. Please only apply if you can reliably respond within 5 minutes during these hours.

What You Will Do

• Call every new lead within 5 minutes using the GoHighLevel app
• Follow our scripts, built on the NEPQ sales framework by Jeremy Miner
• Book appointments and help leads show up to their visit
• Learn and use our clinic scheduling and health record system (full training provided)
• Keep lead notes and statuses up to date in GoHighLevel

Who We Are Looking For

• Excellent spoken English with a warm, confident phone voice
• A true go-getter with a natural sales personality
• Someone who enjoys talking to people and is not afraid to ask for the booking
• Reliable, responsive and coachable
• Experience with GoHighLevel, NEPQ or healthcare is a plus but not required. We will train the right person.

Pay

• Base pay: $600 USD per month
• Bonus: $2 USD for every booked lead who shows up to their appointment: Should be having a show rate of 80-100 clients a month and growing fast.
• With around 100 shows per month, a strong setter can earn about $800 USD per month
• Paid two-week trial period to start
