About the Role

About Flowntro ( ---------- )
Flowntro is a global robotics marketplace where businesses discover and compare robots, explore manufacturers, find industry partners and professional services, and make relevant business connections. Manufacturers maintain detailed product listings and profiles; partners include distributors, resellers, system integrators, and technical service providers. We are building a scalable platform connecting the global robotics supply and demand ecosystem.

The Opportunity
We are hiring an experienced, analytical, and execution-oriented Google Ads specialist to own our paid-search acquisition program end to end. You will do more than generate clicks: your mission is to attract the right robotics businesses, translate technical buyer intent into effective campaigns, connect advertising data to real platform outcomes, and continuously improve qualified acquisition and subscription economics. You will collaborate closely with the founder and development team.

Who You Will Help Us Acquire
1. Robot buyers / businesses: High-intent robot searches, demo and quote requests, sourcing inquiries, and posted projects as those workflows become available.
2. Robot manufacturers: Qualified manufacturer accounts, claimed profiles, completed robot listings, and paid plan subscriptions.
3. Industry partners: Distributor, reseller, integrator, maintenance, and service-provider registrations and completed profiles.

Key Responsibilities
1. Google Ads Strategy & Hands-On Campaign Management

  • Audit existing paid media, competitors, search demand, website funnels, and target geographies; propose a prioritized acquisition strategy and realistic test budget.
  • Build, launch, and optimize high-intent Google Search campaigns first; evaluate remarketing and suitable Performance Max / Demand Gen tests only when creative assets, consent, tracking, and conversion quality justify them.
  • Develop audience-specific keyword maps (robot models/specifications, robotics manufacturers, distribution opportunities, integration services, industrial automation, etc.), match types, negative keywords, location targeting, scheduling, and exclusions.
  • Write and test accurate, compelling, responsive search ads, assets, and landing-page messaging; coordinate landing-page improvements with the Flowntro team.
  • Manage bids, budgets, conversion goals, experiments, search-term reviews, quality signals, and campaign hygiene without relying on vanity metrics.

2. Tracking, Attribution & Platform Integration

  • Design a documented measurement plan across Google Ads, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Flowntro’s signup, product, subscription, and inquiry funnels.
  • Work with developers to implement and QA browser/server event tracking, data-layer events, UTM conventions, cross-domain journeys (if applicable), attribution, deduplication, and conversion values.
  • Track meaningful milestones such as signup, profile claim, verified profile, product added, partner registration, qualified buyer inquiry, demo/RFQ request, paid subscription, and renewal where appropriate.
  • Integrate CRM lead stages and offline qualification/sales outcomes (HubSpot or equivalent) into Google Ads using current supported Google Ads Data Manager / enhanced-conversions-for-leads workflows when relevant.
  • Implement privacy- and consent-aware measurement, including consent signals, access controls, and platform-policy compliance; diagnose discrepancies between GA4, CRM, billing, and Google Ads.

3. Lead Quality, Funnel Optimization & Reporting

  • Define a qualified manufacturer, partner, and buyer lead with the team; distinguish real buyer intent and valid business accounts from spam, students, irrelevant traffic, and low-value inquiries.
  • Measure cost per qualified lead, activation rate, lead-to-paid conversion, customer acquisition cost (CAC), pipeline contribution, and attributable revenue wherever data quality supports it.
  • Build clear weekly reporting and monthly performance reviews by audience, geography, campaign, and conversion stage; recommend spend shifts based on evidence.
  • Run disciplined experiments on keywords, messaging, forms, landing pages, and bidding; document hypotheses, sample size, outcomes, and next actions.
  • Coordinate with the CRM/lifecycle marketing specialist so captured leads enter the appropriate email journeys and sales follow-up workflows.

4. Advertising Quality, Governance & Compliance

  • Comply with Google Ads policies, privacy requirements, and applicable advertising laws; use truthful claims and distinguish available features from planned features.
  • Exclude weaponized or otherwise prohibited defense-related products, services, and destinations from ads; escalate dual-use and potentially export-controlled content for review.
  • Do not launch investor or fundraising-related campaigns, use sensitive customer data, or expand into restricted geographies without explicit written approval.
  • Maintain clear change logs, campaign naming conventions, access governance, documentation, and clean handover-ready account structure.

Qualifications — Required

  • At least 3 years of demonstrable hands-on Google Ads management, including substantial Google Search lead-generation experience; senior B2B SaaS, marketplaces, industrial technology, or other considered-purchase experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to plan and build accounts from the ground up, not just manage a mature account or outsource implementation.
  • Strong skills in Google Ads Editor, GTM, GA4, conversion tracking, keyword research, audience strategy, negative keywords, and campaign optimization.
  • Experience measuring qualified leads and offline sales outcomes, connecting advertising analytics with a CRM and/or internal platform.
  • Ability to write fluent, conversion-focused English ad copy and explain technical issues clearly to developers and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Excellent data analysis skills, rigorous experimentation habits, attention to detail, and comfort taking ownership of measurable business outcomes.
  • Reliable remote communication, documented reporting, and availability for scheduled overlap with the U.S. team.

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Experience with HubSpot, Google Ads Data Manager, enhanced conversions, Looker Studio, SQL, JavaScript/dataLayer debugging, or server-side tagging.
  • Experience advertising robotics, automation, manufacturing technology, B2B procurement, industrial equipment, or two-sided marketplaces.
  • Experience with multilingual campaigns, international geotargeting, SEO/paid search coordination, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Relevant Google Ads / Google Analytics certifications with verifiable, results-oriented case studies.

What Success Looks Like
A clean, fully owned Google Ads account; reliable end-to-end conversion measurement; campaigns that reach relevant robotics decision-makers; improving cost per qualified acquisition; transparent reporting; documented processes; and a credible roadmap for scaling profitable segments. We value measured business impact over impressions, clicks, or unqualified form submissions.

How to Apply
Please apply with the subject: “FLOWNTRO GOOGLE ADS — [Your Name]” and include:

  • A brief introduction explaining your strongest B2B lead-generation campaigns and your direct role in building them.
  • Two relevant examples or anonymized case studies with budget range, channel, objective, lead quality, and outcome (screenshots may be redacted).
  • A brief description of a Google Ads → GA4/GTM → CRM/offline-conversion integration you personally implemented.
  • Your proposed approach in 5–8 bullets for promoting Flowntro to manufacturers, partners, and robot buyers; identify which audience you would test first and why.
  • Your availability, preferred engagement model, expected hourly/monthly rate, and any questions about the project.

Shortlisted candidates may be invited to an interview and a short, compensated practical assessment. No unpaid full campaign build is required.
