We are an established social media management agency with over five years of experience, looking for reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Filipino professionals to join our growing remote team.

As a Social Media Account Assistant, you will support the daily management of social media accounts, help maintain an active online presence, and contribute to audience engagement and account growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day management of assigned social media accounts.
• Help maintain an active and consistent online presence.
• Follow account-specific guidelines, brand voice, and content standards.
• Support community engagement and audience retention efforts.
• Monitor account activity and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and performance records.
• Coordinate with team leaders to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

• Reliable and professional work ethic
• Stable and reliable internet connection
• Reliable and modern computer suitable for remote work
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and email
• Able to follow instructions carefully

• Previous customer service, sales, or chat support experience is an advantage

Schedule:

Compensation:
