About the Role

We are looking for a talented, creative, and resourceful AI YouTube Automation Specialist & Channel Manager to help build, manage, and grow faceless YouTube channels.

Our content will focus on dark history, mysteries, fascinating stories, documentaries, and other entertaining, educational topics.

We aim to build a network of successful faceless YouTube channels using AI-powered production workflows.

We are looking for someone who can handle the entire content creation process, from researching video ideas to producing, editing, and publishing high-quality videos.

This is not just a video editing position. We want someone who understands YouTube automation, AI content creation, storytelling, and channel growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Video Production

• Create high-quality faceless YouTube videos (10–15 minutes).
• Generate cinematic AI visuals, animations, and realistic scenes.
• Produce natural-sounding AI voiceovers.
• Source relevant stock footage, historical images, and video clips.
• Add background music, sound effects, subtitles, transitions, and visual effects.
• Ensure engaging pacing, strong hooks, and high audience retention.
• Produce 2–4 YouTube Shorts from each long-form video.

2. Content Research & Scriptwriting

• Research interesting and potentially viral video topics.
• Identify trending subjects and content opportunities.
• Use AI tools to assist with research and scriptwriting.
• Create engaging scripts with strong hooks, storytelling, and suspense.
• Fact-check information to ensure accuracy and credibility.

3. YouTube Channel Management

• Manage the day-to-day operations of our YouTube channels.
• Create engaging video titles, thumbnails, and descriptions.
• Upload and schedule videos consistently.
• Optimise videos for YouTube search and discovery.
• Monitor channel analytics, including views, CTR, watch time, and audience retention.
• Provide weekly performance reports.
• Recommend improvements to content strategy and channel growth.
• Maintain an organised content calendar and production workflow.

4. AI Automation & Workflow Optimisation

• Use AI tools to automate repetitive production tasks.
• Develop efficient workflows to reduce production time and costs.
• Research and implement new AI tools when beneficial.
• Maintain consistent video quality while improving production efficiency.
• Help scale the production process as additional channels are launched.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience creating faceless YouTube videos or managing YouTube automation channels.
• Strong understanding of YouTube audience retention, storytelling, and video pacing.
• Experience with AI-powered video generation and editing.
• Proficiency in video editing software.
• Ability to create engaging thumbnails and titles.
• Familiarity with YouTube Studio and analytics.
• Strong English communication and comprehension.
• Excellent time management and ability to work independently.
• Creative problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.

Preferred AI Tools

Experience with some of the following is highly desirable:

• AI Video: Kling AI, Runway, Google Veo, Pika
• AI Images: Midjourney, ChatGPT Image Generation
• AI Voiceovers: ElevenLabs
• Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut
• AI Research & Writing: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini
• Automation: Make, n8n, Zapier or similar tools

You do not need to know every platform listed. We value your ability to learn, adapt, and create efficient workflows.

Video Style & Quality Expectations

We want cinematic, immersive, documentary-style videos that keep viewers engaged from beginning to end.

We are NOT looking for generic AI slideshows, repetitive stock footage, robotic narration, or low-effort AI-generated content.

Our videos should feature:

• Powerful hooks within the first 5–15 seconds.
• Compelling storytelling and strong narrative structure.
• Cinematic visuals and atmospheric sound design.
• Natural, engaging narration.
• Smooth editing and appropriate visual effects.
• Professional production quality.
• Original, well-researched content that complies with YouTube's policies.

Quality and viewer retention are more important than simply producing videos quickly.

Work Expectations

Our initial target is:

• 1 long-form YouTube video per week (10–15 minutes).
• 2–4 Shorts per long-form video.
• Thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and scheduling.
• Basic channel analytics and performance reporting.

As the channels grow, there will be opportunities to increase production volume and take on greater responsibilities.
