Hiring: 2 Social Media Virtual Assistants (Remote)

Seeking TWO experienced, reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistants to support two growing brands.

These are TWO SEPARATE positions. Applicants should indicate which position they are applying for.

POSITION 1: Canva, Social Media & Community Virtual Assistant

Responsibilities:

Create short-form video posts using Canva and provided templates.

Format provided titles and six educational points into professional 10-second MP4 videos.

Use CapCut for basic video editing and adjustments when needed.

Schedule video content using ---------- across Facebook , Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Threads.

Manage and organize content using Google Drive.

Perform daily social media engagement, including liking, commenting, replying, and sharing on supported platforms.

Engage with relevant social media accounts before and after scheduled posts.

Monitor and respond to comments on published content.

Share approved content to Stories where supported.

Publish provided content in a Skool online community.

Maintain an organized content calendar and track completed tasks.

Required Skills:

Canva, CapCut, Google Drive, Metricool, Facebook , Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, social media management, and community engagement.

Experience with Skool is preferred.

Important: All content topics, titles, written points, captions, and creative direction will be provided. The VA is responsible for creating, organizing, scheduling, and managing the content, not developing original topics.

POSITION 2: Social Media Scheduling Virtual Assistant

Responsibilities:

Download completed short-form videos from Google Drive or another shared folder.

Schedule provided video content using ---------- across Facebook , Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Threads.

Upload provided captions, hashtags, calls to action, and video titles.

Ensure all content is scheduled correctly and published successfully.

Maintain an organized content calendar.

Organize video files and provide updates on scheduled content.

Potentially assist with social media engagement, including liking, commenting, replying, and sharing, as the role expands.

Use CapCut for video editing when editing responsibilities are introduced.

Develop knowledge of AI content creation tools for future content production.

Required Skills:

Metricool, CapCut, Google Drive, Facebook , Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, social media scheduling, and content management.

Canva and AI content creation experience are preferred.

Important: All video content will initially be recorded and edited by the business owner. The VA's starting responsibility will primarily be scheduling and organizing the provided content. Video editing responsibilities may be added as the business grows.

Comfortable working with growing brands and changing content demands.

Both businesses plan to significantly increase content production and posting frequency as they grow. Applicants must be comfortable with increasing responsibilities and potentially expanded working hours. Changes to workload, hours, and compensation will be discussed in advance.
