Virtual Assistant – Wholesale Sourcing and OA exp required

We're a US-based distribution company selling across Amazon (FBA/FBM), Walmart, and other marketplaces. We're looking for a detail-oriented VA with proven Amazon OA and/or Wholesale sourcing experience to help grow our catalog.

What you'll do

Find profitable OA and wholesale leads using Keepa, SellerAmp, and TPP Launch Pad
Analyze leads for ROI, sales rank, price history, number of sellers, Buy Box rotation, and Amazon-on-listing
Check brand restrictions, IP complaint risk, hazmat, and gating before submitting a lead
Submit leads in our standard format: ASIN | Source Link | Buy Cost | Sell Price | ROI | Notes
Build distributor and brand lists, and draft outreach email s for wholesale accounts
Keep sourcing sheets organized and up to date in Google Sheets
Help with listing checks and basic Seller Central tasks as needed

Requirements

At least 1 year of hands-on Amazon OA or Wholesale sourcing (required)
Hands-on experience with Keepa, SellerAmp (SAS), and TPP Launch Pad (required)
Understanding of FBA fees, ROI/margin calculations, and IP/brand-restriction risks
Strong written English
Reliable internet and a backup power source
Able to work at least 20–40 hrs/week, with some overlap with US Pacific Time

Nice to have

Wholesale distributor outreach experience
Walmart Marketplace experience
Grocery or food category experience
