GoHighLevel Specialist — AI Agents, Automations & Client Fulfillment

We’re hiring an experienced GoHighLevel specialist to help us launch and manage AI receptionist and automation systems for service businesses.

This position starts part-time at approximately 20 hours per week. Our intention is to grow it into a full-time role as quickly as client demand allows. We’re looking for a long-term team member who wants to grow with the business and is interested in transitioning to full-time.

ABOUT US

SteadyAnswer helps service businesses answer calls, capture leads, book appointments, automate follow-up, and generate customer reviews.

We have purchased prebuilt GoHighLevel snapshots, AI agents, funnels, automations, and training materials. We need someone who can customize these resources, make sure everything works correctly, and take ownership of technical setup and client fulfillment.

You will work directly with the founder, who handles business strategy, sales, and client relationships.

YOUR FIRST PRIORITY

Help us get our own systems fully configured, tested, and ready to serve clients.

This includes:

• Reviewing our existing account, snapshots, templates, and training materials.
• Importing and customizing workflows, funnels, and AI agents.
• Connecting calendars, phone numbers, domains, email services, forms, and payments.
• Configuring pipelines, tags, custom fields, notifications, and onboarding.
• Testing the complete customer journey and fixing issues before launch.
• Creating a repeatable client setup process with clear checklists.

ONGOING CLIENT FULFILLMENT

As new clients join, you will:

• Create and configure their GoHighLevel subaccounts.
• Install and customize the appropriate snapshots and automations.
• Configure AI voice agents and chatbots using each client’s business information.
• Set up appointment booking, phone routing, and transfers to a human.
• Implement follow-up, review requests, referral campaigns, and database reactivation.
• Connect client websites, calendars, and other required tools.
• Test each system before it goes live.
• Troubleshoot issues and maintain existing client accounts.
• Document your work and provide short Loom walkthroughs when needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Proven hands-on experience with GoHighLevel.
• Strong understanding of workflows, triggers, conditions, tags, custom fields, and pipelines.
• Experience importing, customizing, and troubleshooting snapshots.
• Experience implementing AI voice agents and/or conversational AI.
• Ability to configure calendars, domains, phone services, and email authentication.
• Understanding of messaging registration, unsubscribe handling, and stopping follow-up when someone replies or books.
• Ability to work independently, identify problems, and recommend solutions.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Reliable communication, internet connection, and attention to detail.

We provide templates and program-specific training, but you should already be comfortable working inside GoHighLevel.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS WE VALUE

• Meta/Facebook advertising setup and campaign management.
• Lead generation campaigns and email deliverability.
• Conversion tracking and lead attribution.
• Zapier, Make, webhooks, and API integrations.
• Landing page and funnel editing.
• Experience working with home-service businesses or marketing agencies.
• HighLevel certification.

HOURS, PAY, AND GROWTH

• Approximately 20 hours per week to start.
• Starting compensation: $6–$9 USD per hour, depending on experience and demonstrated ability.
• Our goal is to expand this into a full-time position quickly as the business grows; the timing will depend on client demand.
• Flexible working hours with agreed overlap with Toronto/Eastern Time.
• Opportunity to take on more responsibility as our client base grows.
• Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a paid practical test.
