• We are a fast growing social media management agency. We help content creators grow their social media reach and fanbase with clear systems and structure. We're looking for people who want to grow with us.

Your role at the start

• You'll research creators, content trends and competitors using our clear step-by-step system and templates, and deliver your findings daily in a structured format.

This is an entry role with real room to grow - based on your performance, you can take on more responsibility step by step:

• Research plus writing content lists (video ideas, hooks, captions) for our creators
• Managing your own creators: staying in direct contact with them, planning and guiding content, analyzing performance and giving feedback, and being responsible for growing their accounts

What we offer

• Full-time position at $700–800 per month plus performance bonus
• Top performers can reach $1,200+ per month within 6-12 months, plus profit-sharing on the creators they manage
• Clear training, weekly feedback, and a long-term position for the right person
• We also offer part time roles!

What we're looking for

• Excellent written English
• Extremely reliable: you meet deadlines and communicate proactively
• Strong attention to detail
• Good understanding of social media (Instagram, TikTok etc.)
• Experience in research or social media is a plus, but not required
