Full-Time CRM Manager (Klaviyo Expert) – $2,000/Month – Remote

Altura is looking for an experienced CRM Manager who knows Klaviyo inside and out and can help us improve our email marketing.

We need someone with hands-on experience building email campaigns and automated flows, someone who understands what drives results and can work independently without constant supervision.

This is a full-time remote position with a monthly budget of $2,000.

What you'll be doing

• Managing and improving email campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo.

• Building and optimizing welcome email s, abandoned cart flows, post-purchase sequences, and other automated campaigns.

• Tracking campaign performance and finding ways to improve results.

• Helping with email design and making sure campaigns look good and stay on-brand.

• Using Klaviyo's email editor and/or Figma for basic design work.

• Communicating clearly, meeting deadlines, and taking ownership of your work.

What we're looking for

• At least 3 years of hands-on Klaviyo experience.

• Experience building and managing email campaigns and automated flows that deliver results.

• Ability to share examples of your work and explain the results you've achieved.

• Basic email design skills and some experience with Figma.

• Fluent in English, especially written communication.

• Someone reliable, organized, and easy to communicate with.

• A person who takes initiative and can work independently.

We're not looking for someone who has only used Klaviyo occasionally or knows just the basics. We want someone who understands the platform and can show us what they've accomplished.
