About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on YouTube Manager / Social Media Manager to lead our social media team and oversee 15 YouTube channels, along with their Facebook and Instagram accounts. You'll keep the team organized, accountable, and following our systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee 15 YouTube channels, plus their Facebook and Instagram accounts
- Enforce all SOPs and systems across the social media team
- Hold 30-minute 1:1 calls with each team member twice a week, following a set call structure
- Hold 30-minute group calls twice a week
- Keep everything for social media management organized
- Make sure every team member is doing their job to the best of their ability
- Work with the Recruiter Manager to find or replace people, and handle onboarding and offboarding
- Write new systems and SOPs when the CEO asks
Who We're Looking For
Someone with proven experience managing YouTube channels, strong leadership and communication skills, and a reliable setup for working remotely.
