Freight Coordinator (Carrier-side)

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Freight Dispatchers to join our growing team as we scale operations and transition to a fully remote work model. This is a great opportunity for proactive freight "hunters" who thrive on securing quality loads and building strong carrier relationships.

What You'll Do

Source and book freight directly, working with brokers to find loads
Handle carrier packets, rate confirmations, and dispatch
Evaluate loads to identify "good freight" and filter out problematic loads (e.g., floor-loaded freight that takes excessive time to offload)
Manage load organization using Trello and internal spreadsheets
Support carrier-side operations across multiple states

Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in freight dispatching and logistics coordination
Proven experience using load boards such as DAT and Truckstop
Strong track record of proactively sourcing and securing freight — not just relaying loads to drivers
Solid understanding of carrier packets, rate confirmations, and dispatch processes
English proficiency required (Spanish not required)
