Job type: Part-time to start. Long-term, ongoing.
Hours: A few hours a week to start, during US business hours (Colorado, Mountain Time), weekdays.
Description: We are a US creative studio that builds websites for small businesses. Many local businesses have broken websites or no website at all, and your job is to call them, follow a friendly script, and book a short follow-up conversation with our team. Our team works with modern AI tools every day, including ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude, and Meta Muse.
What you will do:

• Call US small businesses from a provided list, using our dialer and script
• Record every call and log the outcome in a simple tracker
• Follow up naturally with businesses that asked for more information
• Hit a clear daily call target and report your numbers at the end of each shift

Who this is for: an experienced outbound caller or appointment setter who wants one stable, long-term US client instead of agency churn.
What success looks like: clean call logs, honest notes on every business, and a steady flow of booked follow-ups each week.
Requirements:

• A great work ethic: you show up when scheduled and finish what you start
• Clear spoken English, a quiet space to call from, and a good headset
• Comfortable with computers and learning new tools
• You get work done without being chased

Nice-to-haves:

• Calling or customer service experience of any kind
• Familiarity with CRMs or call tracking tools
