Vertex CAD Drafter

I am in need of Vertex CAD Drafter urgently. I am hiring someone who is already proficient with this software.

Responsibilities
Prepare accurate steel frame detailing drawings using Vertex CAD.
Interpret architectural plans, structural drawings, construction documents, and project specifications.
Produce detailed drawings for residential steel frame construction projects.
Translate project requirements and design information into accurate steel framing details.
Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before submission.
Revise and update detailing outputs based on feedback from engineers, builders, clients, or other team members.
Ensure drawings align with applicable Australian construction and steel framing standards.
Maintain organized drawing files, naming conventions, and revision records.
Communicate project progress and raise any discrepancies, missing information, or technical issues promptly.

Requirements
Demonstrated professional experience using Vertex CAD.
Previous experience in steel frame detailing, preferably within residential construction.
Strong understanding of construction drawings, architectural plans, and structural documentation.
Experience working on Australian construction projects or familiarity with Australian building and detailing standards.
Strong technical drawing and drafting skills.
Ability to interpret plans and translate project requirements into accurate detailing outputs.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong time management skills and ability to meet project deadlines.
