About the Role

Social Media Strategist & Campaign Manager — Human Frequency
10 hours per week | Three-month engagement

We’re looking for someone who can turn our existing content, client stories and offers into clear social media campaigns that help generate qualified enquiries and bookings.
Human Frequency helps people understand their body and build their capacity through breathing, release and movement. We have an existing team handling video editing, graphics and other marketing tasks.
We need an experienced strategist to give that team clearer direction: which client moment to use, what hook to build, what outcome to communicate and what invitation should follow.

Your role
Audit our social media and identify priorities.
Review our content, analytics and approach across Instagram and Facebook . Explain what has worked, what hasn’t, what the evidence supports and what we should test next.
Build campaigns with Coach Sako.
Help develop campaign angles, present our offers clearly and plan content that leads towards enquiries and bookings. This includes campaigns for clarity calls and workshops.
Turn raw footage into creative direction.
Review client testimonials, founder videos and training footage. Identify useful stories and moments, then create clear briefs covering the hook, message, footage, outcome and call to action.
Guide our existing team.
Give practical instructions our editors and designers can follow. Review the finished creatives and provide feedback so they communicate the intended message.
Research relevant market opportunities.
Study audience responses, competitors and content approaches on Instagram and Facebook . Explain which ideas are relevant to Human Frequency and why they are worth testing.
Analyse results and improve the plan.
Review content performance alongside enquiries and bookings. Help us understand what contributed to results, where information is missing and what to change next.

Who we’re looking for
You can show examples of campaigns you helped plan and explain your personal contribution, the reasoning behind your decisions and the results you could verify.
You understand hooks, storytelling, offers, calls to action and the journey from content to enquiry. You can give specific creative direction and explain analytics in plain English.
You’re comfortable working within 10 hours per week, choosing priorities and coordinating with an existing team.
You’re also willing to understand Human Frequency’s audience, values and coaching approach. Recommendations should reflect our message and use client stories accurately.

What success looks like
Our team has clearer priorities and creative briefs. Our content connects to purposeful campaigns. We can see what is generating suitable enquiries and bookings, and use that information to improve.
This role focuses on strategy, auditing, campaign planning, creative direction and analysis. Our existing team handles video editing and graphic production.

Payment
Payment will be discussed directly with Coach Sako.

To apply
Please share one relevant campaign example, including:
The business goal and audience.

What you personally planned or directed.
The creative approach and offer.
The results and how they were measured.

Please also confirm your availability for 10 hours per week over three months.
