Assistant Estimator – Commercial Roofing (Full-Time, US Pacific Hours)

As an Assistant Estimator, you'll support our estimating team in pricing and bidding commercial roofing projects, working directly with experienced estimators and learning construction estimation from the inside.

Duties:

Assist Lead Estimator
Research online plan centers for upcoming construction projects
Read specifications and determine if the job is a good fit
Create bill of materials and cost estimates
Send estimates to customers and correspond with them as necessary
Order materials for jobs
Create Shop Drawings

The ideal candidate will:

Be able to learn — we're going to make mistakes together
Work independently and have great written communication

Be looking for a long term opportunity
Be able to work full-time on US Pacific business hours (approx. 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine time, Mon–Fri)

No roofing experience required — we'll train you on our systems. Starting pay is $4 USD per hour (approx. $690/month full-time), and if it's a good fit, I believe in rewarding the people I work with.
