Virtual Executive Assistant – Real Estate Leasing, AI Content Creation & Meta Ads Funnel Manager

Position Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to support day to day leasing operations for two luxury residential communities, Historic SoHo Lofts and Park Place Tower, while also driving our social media presence using cutting edge AI content tools.
This is not a purely administrative role. We need someone who can take ownership of daily leasing tasks, communicate professionally with prospective residents, coordinate with onsite leasing teams, build out a new marketing funnel from scratch, and help create viral, story driven content for my personal and business social pages.
This is a great fit for someone who has worked in real estate, property management, or leasing support before, is comfortable running Facebook and Instagram lead campaigns, and is genuinely excited about AI content creation tools.

Daily Tasks
Leasing and Follow Up

• Follow up with leasing prospects via email, text, and phone for both properties
• Keep leads organized and updated in our CRM or tracker
• Schedule property tours and confirm appointments with prospects
• Relay scheduling and updates to onsite leasing staff at each building
• Prepare lease documents using our templates and route them for signature
• Manage and respond to inquiries in a shared email inbox
• Flag urgent items and escalate when needed

Marketing Funnel

• Build a new lead generation funnel from the ground up, replacing our current platform
• Set up and manage Meta (Facebook and Instagram) lead generation campaigns
• Design landing pages and lead capture forms
• Report weekly on ad performance including cost per lead, conversions, and click through rate
• Test and optimize targeting and creative on an ongoing basis

AI Content Creation and Storytelling

• Help tell the story of Astoria Cove and my other projects through my eyes, turning my ideas and raw footage into compelling social content
• Create and edit video content using AI platforms such as Seedance, Runway, and similar tools
• Generate and edit images using tools such as Nano Banana and other AI image platforms
• Stay current on new AI content and marketing tools and bring recommendations for what could help content perform better
• Build a consistent posting system designed to grow reach and engagement across Instagram, Facebook , and other platforms
• Repurpose long form content into short form clips, reels, and posts

Requirements

• Previous experience as a VA, ideally in real estate or property leasing
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager and building lead funnels from scratch
• Hands on experience with AI content tools such as Seedance, Runway, Nano Banana, or similar platforms
• Strong eye for storytelling and social content that performs
• Strong written English for professional email and lease correspondence
• Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Workspace, and scheduling apps
• Highly organized, self starting, and able to manage two properties plus a content pipeline at once
• Trustworthy with confidential tenant and email information
• Reliable internet connection and quiet home office setup

Schedule
Full time, working New York City hours (Eastern Time) in support of a NYC based real estate development and consulting team

Pay
$5.50 to $8 per hour, depending on experience
