Sales Coordinator

We’re a US coaching company looking for a Sales Coordinator who treats every number like it matters, because here it does. Our Sales Manager uses your numbers every morning to coach and route calls, so accuracy is the whole job.

What you’ll do

Update daily KPIs, trackers and the routing card before our 8 AM Pacific huddle (11 PM to 12 AM PH time)
Score sales calls and review AI scored calls for disputes
Run recruiting admin from day one: clear the applicant inbox, review applications, update the recruiting scorecard and schedule interviews
Follow documented SOPs exactly, and flag issues before they become problems

Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, PH evening hours. 5 hours a day Tuesday to Thursday, 8 hours a day Friday and Saturday (about 31 hours a week).

You’re a fit if:

You’re strong in Google Sheets and comfortable in GoHighLevel, Notion and Slack
You’ve done KPI reporting, CRM work, call QC or recruiting admin
You can learn a process from an SOP without needing hand holding
You catch your own mistakes before anyone else does
You have backup power and internet

Pay: $6/hour, independent contractor, remote
