NetSuite / ERP & IT Specialist (Project-Based)

We are a small U.S.-based import and distribution business looking for an experienced NetSuite / ERP & IT Specialist to help us develop, customize, and improve our business systems.
This is a project-based remote position for someone who has hands-on experience with NetSuite, understands business operations, and can work independently.

Responsibilities

Set up, customize, and improve our NetSuite ERP system
Develop and maintain workflows, reports, and dashboards
Improve system processes for sales, purchasing, inventory, accounting, and operations
Manage data accuracy, system settings, and user access
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
Help with system integrations and automation
Work directly with management to understand business needs and provide solutions
Assist with other ERP and IT-related projects as needed

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience working with ERP systems
Hands-on NetSuite experience is STRICTLY REQUIRED
Experience with NetSuite customization, workflows, saved searches, and reporting
Knowledge of databases, system integrations, and automation
Experience with SuiteScript or SuiteFlow is a plus
Good understanding of business operations and processes
Fluent in written and spoken English
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Able to work independently and complete projects on time
Reliable internet connection

100% remote — Philippines-based applicants
Flexible working hours, with some availability for meetings during U.S. business hours
Pay negotiable depending on experience and project requirements
