The Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled AI Automation Workflow Specialist to join our team. If you love tinkering with APIs, setting up seamless Zapier/Make workflows, and finding ways to use AI to eliminate manual tasks, this is the perfect job for you!

Your main goal will be to connect our apps, automate our e-commerce and content operations, and integrate AI tools to make our business run on autopilot.

Key Responsibilities:

• Workflow Automation: Design, build, and maintain complex automations using tools like ---------- (Integromat) and Zapier.
• AI Integration: Implement AI solutions into our daily operations, customer support, and content generation pipelines.
• E-commerce & Systems Syncing: Connect our platforms (Shopify, social media channels, CRM, and project management tools like Notion/ClickUp/Monday) so they communicate seamlessly.
• Process Optimization: Analyze our current manual workflows and build automated solutions to save time and reduce human error.
• Troubleshooting: Monitor active automations, fix broken zaps/scenarios, and ensure 100% uptime for critical business processes.

Qualifications & Skills Needed:

• Proven Experience: Strong background in building workflows in ---------- and Zapier (portfolio or examples of past workflows required).
• AI Knowledge: Hands-on experience working with LLMs, custom GPTs, and AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
• Tech Stack: Familiarity with Shopify, Google Workspace, Slack, and various project management tools.
• Basic Coding: Understanding of JSON, Webhooks, and basic API structures (JavaScript or Python is a huge plus, but not strictly required if you are a no-code expert).
• Problem Solver: You don't just follow instructions; you look at a problem and say, "I can build an automation to fix this."
• Detail-Oriented: One broken node can ruin a workflow. You must be meticulous in testing your automations.
