Virtual Assistant – Land Investing Company (Remote, Part-Time to Full-Time)

ABOUT US
Ignacio Land & Investing buys vacant land across Florida, Arizona, Hawaii, Georgia and Tennessee and sells it to home builders and investors. We're a small, fast-moving team and we're looking for a reliable VA to help run day-to-day operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• You'll be on the phone a lot.
• Clean and prepare property owner lists (remove duplicates, filter out government/HOA/church owners, format for upload)
• Run skip tracing and prepare files for our texting platform
• Reply to incoming seller text messages using our scripts, tag leads, and pass hot leads to me
• Research lots before offers (comparable sales, lot details, flags like wetlands or slope)
• Follow up with title companies on deals in escrow
• Research builders in our markets and make introductory calls
• Keep our CRM dashboard updated (tasks, leads, deals)
• Send a short weekly report: texts sent, reply rate, leads, deals in progress

PropStream, Land Portal, Smarter Contact, BatchSkipTracing, Google Workspace, DocuSign, our online CRM

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong written/verbal English, professional and friendly with sellers
• Very detail-oriented. You follow a checklist exactly every time
• Comfortable with CRM Tools, Consistent
• Reliable internet and available at least 4 hours a day during US Eastern business hours
• Real estate, wholesaling, or cold-calling experience is a plus, is required

PAY
$5/hour, plus a bonus for every deal that closes. Raises based on performance.
