About us

We’re JJ Buys Homes, an established wholesale real estate company with a full acquisitions and dispositions team. We put investment properties under contract and need to find the right cash buyer fast.

Experience is required. You must have done dispositions as a VA for another wholesale company. Please don’t apply if you haven’t worked dispo in wholesaling before.

This is a long-term position, not a short-term gig. We want someone loyal and trustworthy who’s committed to growing with our team for years, not months.

What you’ll be doing

Everyone on your list has bought property for cash recently. They want deal flow. Your job is to find out what kind.

Call cash buyers from a list we build for you, plus follow up by text and email
Find out what each buyer buys: areas, price range, cash or hard money, how fast they close, and what condition they’ll take
Send our off-market deals to buyers who fit
Log every call in our CRM, including the no’s and why
Hand warm buyers to our Dispositions Manager the same day

You won’t negotiate or handle contracts. You connect with buyers and get the interested ones to our team.

What we’re looking for

You already know ARV, assignment, comps, wholesaling, and cash buyers
Clear, easy-to-understand English and experience calling US clients. You’ll be trading numbers and addresses with US investors and need to catch details the first time
Experience working in a CRM (Podio is a plus)
Organized, reliable, and good at following up
Reliable internet, a quiet home workspace, and a working headset
Able to work 10 AM – 5 PM US Central, Monday–Friday

Not a fit if

You read a script and mark yes/no. If you can’t tell us after a call what that investor buys and why, the call didn’t count.

We provide

All software, tools, and lists, plus training on our exact process and scripts.

Pay

$4–$5 per hour, plus commission. If you bring us a buyer and we go under contract with that buyer, you get paid on it. No cap.
