- Manage LinkedIn content, including post writing, scheduling, relevant hashtags, and engagement tracking.
- Prepare email newsletters and targeted campaigns for customers, partners, and other company audiences.
- Develop written content for sales presentations, brochures, product datasheets, company profiles, and exhibition materials.
- Translate technical information into clear customer benefits, working with our engineers to confirm accuracy.
- Prepare clear briefs for designers and coordinate revisions through to completion.
- Support lead generation through landing pages, enquiry forms, downloadable materials, and coordinated follow-up with the sales team.
- Apply basic SEO practices and monitor website traffic, enquiries, and campaign results.
- Maintain an organized content calendar and marketing asset collection.
- Provide a short weekly report covering completed work, results, priorities, and decisions needed.
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in B2B marketing, preferably with technology, engineering, industrial products, or software companies.
- Excellent written English and the ability to produce clear, professional copy.
- Hands-on experience managing website content and publishing pages through a CMS.
- Experience with LinkedIn marketing, email campaigns, SEO fundamentals, and website analytics.
- Strong organization and the ability to manage several deliverables independently.
- Ability to understand unfamiliar technical topics and ask useful questions.
- Comfortable using AI tools for research and drafting, with careful editing and fact-checking.
- Willingness to coordinate regularly with a Canadian team.
Helpful additional skills
- HubSpot or a similar CRM and email marketing platform.
- Basic HTML/CSS and experience building landing pages.
- Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools for simple edits and design collaboration.
- Experience supporting product launches, trade shows, or technical sales teams.
What success looks like
During your first month, you will review our existing marketing materials and website, establish a clear content calendar, identify priority improvements, and begin delivering approved website updates, LinkedIn content, and marketing copy.
