Hi! I'm the owner of Patti Anne Photography, a portrait photography business based on the beautiful South Shore of Massachusetts, USA.

I photograph everything from high school seniors and families to newborns, maternity sessions, couples, and more. My photography style is creative, natural, and full of personality, and I'm looking for a talented photo editor to become part of my creative workflow!

I'm looking for someone who can take my images through the first and second rounds of editing, identify the absolute best shots, and prepare everything for me to add my final artistic touches.

I want someone who can make my life easier, take ownership of their work, and have fun doing it!

What You'll Be Doing

• Reviewing portrait photography sessions and selecting the strongest images based on expression, composition, lighting, sharpness, and overall impact.
• Completing first- and second-pass photo edits, including exposure, white balance, color correction, cropping, and consistency.
• Making basic retouching adjustments when needed.
• Flagging standout images that deserve special attention or final creative editing.
• Organizing edited images and maintaining an efficient, consistent workflow.
• Delivering polished, organized work on schedule so I can focus on the final artistic touches.

Who I'm Looking For

You might be the perfect fit if you

• Have strong experience with Adobe Lightroom and preferably Photoshop.
• Have an excellent eye for portrait photography and natural skin tones.
• Are extremely detail-oriented and notice the little things.
• Can work independently without constant direction or supervision.
• Take deadlines seriously and communicate clearly.
• Have solid technical editing skills and are comfortable learning new workflows.
• Have a positive attitude, take feedback well, and genuinely enjoy creative work.
• Are dependable, organized, and take pride in delivering beautiful results.

Bonus points if you've edited professional portrait sessions, especially seniors, families, newborns, or maternity photography.

Compensation & Schedule

Pay: $75 USD per completed photography session.

This is a freelance, project-based position with the potential for ongoing work as we develop a great working relationship.

I'm based in Massachusetts (Eastern Time), and I'd love someone who is available for occasional morning check-ins my time, which generally means evening hours in the Philippines.

You won't need constant supervision or daily meetings. I'm looking for someone who can understand my style, run with it, and deliver great work!

The Hiring Process

I believe the best way to find a great editor is to see their work!

Shortlisted applicants will be asked to complete a small photo-editing test using a sample set of my images. This will help me evaluate your technical skills, attention to detail, consistency, and overall creative eye.

I'll be looking for someone who understands how to enhance a photograph while keeping it natural, beautiful, and true to my style.
