About This Opportunity

This is a flexible referral partnership for Virtual Assistants and ecommerce professionals who currently work, or have previously worked, directly with established Shopify or DTC merchants.

This is not a traditional VA position, a cold-outreach role or a lead-list-building job.

We understand that an experienced VA may only know a limited number of suitable Shopify merchants. You are not expected to provide new merchants every week or every month.

If a Shopify merchant you legitimately know has a genuine need for China sourcing, QC, fulfillment or one-piece dropshipping, you may introduce the merchant to JST Fulfill and earn fixed rewards based on the introduction and the merchant’s subsequent eligible-order milestones.

Even if you only know one or two suitable merchants, you may still participate.

There are no fixed working hours, no monthly referral quota and no requirement to leave your current job.

Previous work under the exact title “Virtual Assistant” is not required. However, you should have genuine experience working directly with Shopify or DTC businesses and should be able to communicate legitimately with a store owner or another relevant decision-maker.

How It Works

1. Review JST Fulfill’s services and referral requirements.

2. When a Shopify merchant you legitimately know has a genuine sourcing, QC, fulfillment or dropshipping need, ask whether the merchant is willing to speak with JST.

3. Obtain the merchant’s permission before making the introduction.

4. Bring the merchant and JST into the same conversation.

You may:

• Create a WhatsApp group.
• Make a shared email introduction.
• Open a LinkedIn conversation.
• Arrange an online meeting.
• Use another appropriate communication method.

The merchant does not need to contact JST independently. You may create the introduction and bring both parties together.

5. Provide a short summary of the merchant’s business and confirmed requirements.

6. JST will handle product details, quotations, pricing, shipping discussions, service terms, negotiations and closing.

You are not required to close the sale.

Referral Rewards

Each accepted merchant is registered and tracked separately.

For each attributed merchant, you can earn:

• USD 30 when JST verifies and accepts the Qualified Referral.
• An additional USD 40 when the merchant completes 50 Eligible Orders through JST.
• An additional USD 80 when the merchant completes 500 Eligible Orders through JST.
• An additional USD 150 when the merchant completes 1,000 Eligible Orders through JST.
• An additional USD 300 when the merchant completes 2,000 Eligible Orders through JST.

Total potential rewards for one merchant reaching 2,000 Eligible Orders:

USD 600

The rewards are cumulative. Each milestone reward is paid once for each attributed merchant.

There is no fixed working schedule, no minimum number of referrals and no requirement to provide new merchants every month.

Verified rewards are paid through Wise or PayPal.

What Counts as a Qualified Referral

A referral will count as a Qualified Referral only when all of the following conditions are satisfied:

1. The merchant operates an active Shopify or DTC store.
2. The merchant already receives genuine customer orders.
3. You are communicating with the store owner, founder, ecommerce manager, operations manager or another relevant decision-maker.
4. The merchant has a current and specific sourcing, QC, fulfillment or one-piece dropshipping need.
5. The merchant provides enough information for JST to continue the discussion, such as a store link, product link, image, specification, destination market or a clear description of the current problem.
6. The merchant agrees to communicate directly with JST.
7. You bring the merchant and JST into the same WhatsApp, email , LinkedIn, meeting or other approved conversation.
8. The merchant is not an existing JST customer, existing active JST lead or duplicate referral.

JST will confirm in writing whether the referral has been accepted and registered under your name.

The USD 30 Qualified Referral reward will be paid only after the referral has been reviewed and accepted by JST.

What Does Not Count

The following do not count as Qualified Referrals:

• Lists of Shopify stores.
• Scraped or purchased contacts.
• Contact details without an active conversation.
• Generic replies without a confirmed business need.
• Someone who is not a decision-maker.
• A merchant introduced without their permission.
• A store without genuine customer orders.
• Samples, personal orders, self-orders or artificial test orders.
• Cancelled or refunded orders.
• An existing JST customer, existing active lead or duplicate referral.
• A fabricated merchant, conversation, requirement or screenshot.

Eligible Order Definition

An Eligible Order is a genuine end-customer order submitted by the attributed merchant to JST, processed through JST and included in JST’s verified settlement records.

The following do not count as Eligible Orders:

• Test orders
• Sample orders
• Personal orders
• Self-orders
• Cancelled orders
• Refunded orders
• Fraudulent orders
• Orders placed before the merchant was registered under the referral partner

The 50-order, 500-order, 1,000-order and 2,000-order milestones are calculated separately for each attributed merchant.

Professional and Privacy Rules

• Obtain the merchant’s permission before making an introduction.
• Do not share confidential client lists, customer data, order data, passwords, store access or private business information.
• Do not contact a current or previous employer’s clients if you are not authorized to do so.
• Follow any employment, confidentiality or non-solicitation agreements that apply to you.
• Do not promise specific prices, discounts, shipping times, availability or business results on JST’s behalf.
• Do not misrepresent your relationship with the merchant or with JST.
• Do not pressure a merchant who has no genuine current need.
• Where required by your agreement or professional obligations, disclose that you may receive a referral reward.

Your professional relationship and reputation are important. Only recommend JST when the merchant has a genuine and relevant need.

Tracking and Transparency

When JST accepts a Qualified Referral:

• JST will confirm the attribution in writing.
• The merchant will be registered under your referral record.
• JST will track the merchant’s Eligible Orders.
• JST will notify you when a reward milestone is verified.
• Verified rewards will be paid according to the written referral terms.

Customer-level confidential order details may be withheld, but JST will provide sufficient information to confirm the applicable milestone and reward.

• Approximately how many Shopify merchants could you legitimately contact if a relevant need arises? A reasonable range is acceptable.
• Why would these merchants recognize or trust you?

Do not provide client names, private contact information or confidential business information in your initial application.

Selection Process

JST will review your application and relevant Shopify experience.

Suitable applicants will receive the written referral terms and a short introduction to JST’s services.

After accepting the terms, you may begin making referrals whenever a legitimate opportunity arises.

There is no application fee, unpaid trial, deposit, training fee or software fee.

Your first accepted Qualified Referral will be paid according to the normal reward structure.

This is a flexible, results-based referral partnership. It is not a guaranteed monthly salary position.
