Listing & Guest Coordinator - Short-Term Rentals & Vacation Hospitality

We are looking for a highly organized, communicative, and self-motivated Listing & Guest Coordinator to join our growing rentals team.

In this role, you won’t just be managing bookings—you will be the bridge between property owners and guests, ensuring property listings thrive on major booking channels. You will play a pivotal role in keeping calendars synced, pricing accurate, and guest experiences unforgettable through warm, responsive communication.

What You’ll Do

• Listing Management: Create, update, and optimize property listings across Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, and direct channels to maximize bookings and earnings.
• Guest & Owner Relations: Answer guest inquiries promptly, warmly, and professionally, providing top-tier hospitality support before, during, and after their stay.
• Calendar & Pricing Maintenance: Ensure property availability, rates, and booking calendars are accurate across all platforms to prevent double bookings.
• Listing Performance: Leverage commercial insights to ensure property descriptions and details attract guests and deliver maximum value to owners.
• Operational Follow-Through: Maintain precise internal notes, track reservation details, and organize your daily work independently.
