Warm-Lead Phone Caller / Sales Closer for London Cabaret Venue (Part-Time, 2-3 hrs/day)

About us
Maison Cabaret is a new cabaret dinner show at 83 Rivington Street, Shoreditch, London (UK), opening 20 November. Every day we receive enquiries from people planning corporate Christmas parties, birthdays and group nights out. We need a friendly, confident caller to phone these warm leads and turn them into bookings.

The role (part-time, remote from the Philippines)

• Call WARM leads only (no cold calling): corporate Christmas party enquiries, website enquiries and abandoned online bookings.
• Follow up by phone and WhatsApp: answer questions, help them choose a date and package, and send the booking or deposit link.
• Agree callback times with people who are not ready yet and follow up on time.
• Log every call and outcome in our shared Google Sheet / CRM.

Hours

• 2 to 3 hours per day, 7 days a week (or Monday to Saturday), during UK business hours.
• Shift: 11:00-14:00 UK time OR 15:00-18:00 UK time (please say which you prefer).
• Peak season runs now to late December, with ongoing work into 2027 for the right person.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken English with a clear, warm phone manner (you will be speaking to UK customers).
• Sales, hospitality, events or customer service phone experience.
• Reliable internet, a quiet place to work and a good headset.
• Organised and reliable: every lead logged, every callback made.

We provide

• VoIP calling account, WhatsApp Business access and the Google Sheet / CRM.
• A clear call script, package and price sheet, and FAQs.

Pay

• USD $4-5 per hour depending on experience, paid weekly.
• Trial week first (paid at the same rate).
