Social Media Engagement Assistant (TikTok, Instagram, X), crypto & AI, part-time

KAI Labs builds KAI Terminal (kailabs.cc), a crypto trading terminal where traders run their own strategy on the AI model they pick. We are a tiny team building in public in English, and we need one reliable person to run the day-to-day engagement on our TikTok, Instagram and X accounts.

This is not a content creation job. All videos are already made; you upload them. Your work is comments, replies and attention.

WHAT YOU WILL DO EVERY DAY (about 2-3 hours)

• Upload the ready-made videos we send you to TikTok and Instagram with the captions we provide
• Spend time in the crypto trading and AI feeds on all three platforms so the accounts' algorithms learn our niche
• Write 20-40 comments and replies per day in English under relevant posts: crypto traders, perpetual futures, AI agents, build-in-public founders
• Reply to comments on our own posts
• Draft with ChatGPT or Claude using the prompt we give you, then edit by hand. The judgment is yours: the comment has to react to what the post actually says
• Send a short weekly report: comments posted, replies received from authors, follower change per account

WHAT YOU WILL NOT DO

• No video editing, no design, no DMs, no selling
• No follow/unfollow tools, no bought followers, no engagement pods, no automation on the accounts. Any of these ends the job immediately

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Natural, casual written English, the kind people actually use on X and TikTok, not business English
• Real interest in crypto, trading or AI. You should be able to read a post about funding rates and have a reaction
• Your own phone and your own mobile internet. One account per device, no VPN switching. This is about keeping the accounts safe, not about trust
• Comfortable using ChatGPT or Claude
• Available 6 days a week, with comments spread through the day (fresh posts matter more than old ones)
• Reliable and honest. We would rather hear "I missed a day" than see invented numbers

HOUSE RULES (we give you a one-page style guide)

• Never promise profits or returns, never give financial advice, never predict prices
• Never call the product a "bot" or "an AI that trades for you"
• No emojis, no hashtags, lowercase style in comments

PAY
$3/hour at about 15 hours per week ($45/week), paid weekly in USDT (Binance or Coins.ph, we will help you set it up). Review after 30 days with a raise if the numbers move. Long-term role. After hiring we communicate on Telegram , async, no calls.

HOW TO APPLY

2. Write two sample comments in English: one under a trader's post about a losing week, one under a TikTok about AI agents. Casual, lowercase, no emojis
3. Tell us your phone model and whether you have your own mobile data
4. Share your X or TikTok handle if you have one (optional)
Shortlisted applicants get a 30-minute test: 5 real posts and 5 videos, one comment each.
