Digital Marketing & Website Coordinator — Canadian Technology Company

NDITIVE is a Canadian technology company developing intelligent gas-sensing and monitoring solutions for industrial safety and environmental monitoring.

We are looking for a creative and organized Marketing & Website Assistant based in the Philippines. This is a remote, part-time position working directly with our Canadian team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and schedule LinkedIn posts using information provided by our team.
• Design social media graphics, brochures, product sheets and presentations using Canva or similar tools.
• Make routine website updates, including text, images, product information and company news.
• Maintain consistent branding across our marketing materials.
• Organize marketing assets and maintain a simple content calendar.
• Track basic website and social media performance.

REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant experience in social media, graphic design and basic website management.
• Good written English and attention to detail.
• Confidence using Canva or similar design tools.
• Experience updating websites; please specify the platforms you know.
• Ability to work independently and meet agreed deadlines.
• A portfolio showing examples of your work.

Experience with B2B or technology companies is a plus. Our team will provide technical information, content direction and feedback.

HOURS AND COMPENSATION

• 20 hours per week.
• USD $500–$800 per month, depending on experience and portfolio.
• Flexible schedule with some agreed overlap with our Canadian team.
