We’re a B2B Lead Generation Agency heling companies across SaaS, fintech, HR tech, and enterprise software generate millions in pipeline through systematic outbound sales.

We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to build and manage the technical systems that power our clients’ outbound engines.

*What You’ll Do

• Build targeted prospect lists and enrichment workflows using Clay, Apollo, Apify, and other data tools.
• Set up email infrastructure, domains, warmup, and deliverability.
• Write, test, and optimize cold email sequences that generate replies and meetings.
• Build custom scrapers, API integrations, and automations using tools like Claude Code, Make, and n8n.
• Manage multichannel campaigns across email , LinkedIn, and cold calling.
• Build performance dashboards and use campaign data to improve results.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to turn client strategy into scalable outbound systems.

*What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in GTM engineering, Sales Ops, or RevOps.
• Strong hands-on experience with Clay and daily use of Claude Code.
• Proven cold email copywriting and campaign execution skills.
• Experience with Instantly, Smartlead, or Lemlist.
• Understanding of email deliverability and infrastructure.
• Experience with CRM systems, automation tools, web scraping, and data enrichment.
• A self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.

Nice to have: Python or JavaScript skills, SDR/AE experience, AI automation expertise, or agency experience.
