Phone SDR / Appointment Setter - US B2B (2 Openings, Part-Time to Full-Time)

We get businesses recommended by ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI search. We are hiring two phone SDRs to call US business owners and book appointments for our account executives.

THE ROLE

• Call US business owners from lists we give you, through a parallel dialer - about 40 people pick up a day
• Reach the owner or budget holder and book them on the account executive's calendar while they are on the phone
• Confirm every appointment the day before and the morning of
• Log every call, note and task in HubSpot the same day

TARGETS

• 2 appointments a day once full-time, 10 qualified opportunities a month
• The minimum is 1 appointment a day

HOURS

• US Eastern business hours, Monday to Friday - a night shift in Manila
• 4 hours a day for your first 2 weeks, then 8 hours a day from week 3 if you hit the part-time numbers

PAY

• $8 to $12 an hour base, based on experience, plus commission with no cap - about $14 to $18 an hour at the goal
• $20 for every appointment that shows up, $30 more when it qualifies, plus a close bonus on every deal
• Health insurance allowance after your 3-month probation, extended to your family after 6 months

YOU BRING

• 2+ years calling US businesses
• Comfortable on a power or parallel dialer, 30 to 40 conversations a day
• You do your own calling - not an agency, not a team lead
• Clear, natural spoken English
• A quiet space, a good headset and reliable internet
• Nice to have: you have sold marketing services or software, used HubSpot or Trellus
