Active Campaign Education Course Assistant

Gyrilla Investments is seeking an Assistant in Delivery & Automation Support to help with the delivery of our Education Course, Scaling.Club.

Scaling.Club helps ambitious founders scale without burning out. Our frameworks, digital courses, and coaching programs help business owners gain clarity, structure, and strategic momentum.

We’re growing fast and need a reliable VA to support delivery operations, ActiveCampaign automations, and candidate screening.

What You’ll Do:
1. Member Support & Delivery Coordination
Monitor quiz completions and follow-up emails
Track Basecamp/Summit members and prompt check-ins
Schedule monthly Zoom sessions + community events
Update Trello dashboards and checklists

2. Email Automation & CRM Management (ActiveCampaign)
Build and update automations, tags, sequences
Segment leads based on behaviour
Clean, monitor and manage contact database

3. Screening & Admin Support
Use templates to screen potential members or project leads
Book intro calls and manage basic follow-up
Maintain notes in CRM + coordinate with Grace and the team

4. Optional (but appreciated)
Marketing content creation and publication using Capcut, Descript, Instagram and/or YouTube
Process development (SOPs, workflows, documentation)
Suggest automation improvements (e.g. Zapier, Notion, Make)

What We’re Looking For:
Required:
Strong English (written & spoken)
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Some experience with ActiveCampaign or similar
Able to work with minimal supervision

Bonus if you:
Have worked in an online education, coaching, or SaaS setting
Have basic automation or systems-thinking experience
Enjoy figuring things out and improving processes
