Senior Product Manager (Remote, Full-Time Contract)

Flown designs and sells heated hair styling tools, from the GoBrush Pro to the GoCurl Pro, for women aged 45-65. We're looking for a senior hardware product manager who treats a physical product as a craft: someone who cares how it feels in the hand, how it's built at the factory, and whether it earns its place in the line.

If you've taken physical products from sketch to mass production, and your portfolio shows what shipped and what it did for the business, we'd like to see your work.

Details: Full-time contract, remote, with at least 4 hours a day overlapping Dubai working hours (UTC+4). 6,000-8,000 USD per month depending on experience. 2-4 paid factory visits a year. English required; Mandarin a plus.

What you'll do:
-Own the product roadmap: d ---------- what we build next and which ideas to kill
-Run new SKU development from brief and spec through samples, testing, certification, and launch
-Set QC standards, inspect at the factory, and fix defects at the root to bring returns down
-Own electrical safety compliance (CE, FCC, UKCA, RoHS) and the product side of supplier negotiation

What we're looking for:
-5-8 years developing physical consumer products, such as small appliances, beauty devices, or personal care electronics
-Several products taken from concept to mass production with an overseas manufacturer
-A product development, industrial design, or engineering background is a strong plus
-Hands-on QC experience and comfort with landed cost and margin
