We’re a fast-growing Germany-based TikTok Shop affiliate business looking for a reliable junior video editor we can grow with — not a one-off freelancer.

Strong performance can open the door to higher compensation and more responsibility over time.

You focus on editing. We provide the concepts, scripts/voiceovers, raw footage, reference videos, clear instructions and workflows.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Turn raw footage into clean TikTok Shop videos by following our references and instructions.

Our recordings often include multiple takes and camera angles, so you need to identify the correct footage, remove mistakes and unnecessary parts, and turn it into a clean finished edit.

We care most about:

• Choosing the correct/best takes based on references
• Removing mistakes, pauses and dead time
• Clean cuts and good basic pacing
• Simple zoom-ins, zoom-outs and visual changes when needed
• Following references and instructions accurately
• Checking your own work before submitting

You do NOT need advanced motion graphics, creative strategy, professional sound design or advanced editing skills.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Someone with basic video editing experience who is reliable, detail-oriented and able to learn quickly.

You should already be comfortable with basic editing and preferably CapCut.

Previous editing experience is required, but you do not need to be an advanced editor. Around 1 year of experience is a plus, but strong junior editors with less experience are also welcome to apply.

More importantly, we want someone who can follow clear instructions, learn our workflow, notice mistakes and work independently without constant supervision.

Reliable communication, consistent work and willingness to learn are very important.

COMPENSATION & GROWTH

• 40 hours/week
• $475/month base salary
• Up to $50/month performance bonus ($525 total)
• Weekly payments during the first weeks
• 13th-month pay in accordance with applicable Philippine law
• Paid 2-month probationary period
• Stable long-term full-time position
• Potential for higher compensation and more responsibility as we grow

The performance bonus is based mainly on accuracy, work quality, reliability, meeting deadlines, organization and following instructions.

Higher compensation may be available for truly exceptional candidates.

PAID EDITING TEST

Shortlisted candidates will complete a short PAID editing test using real raw footage, clear instructions and a reference video.
