Virtual Assistant – E-Commerce Brand

We’re a growing e-commerce brand. We’re looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to handle customer-facing communication, with room to grow into a broader support role.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to comments and DMs across our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook , TikTok)
• Handle customer support email s (order questions, shipping, product inquiries)
• Over time: take on additional VA tasks as the brand scales

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong written English, friendly, professional, on-brand tone
• Experience in customer support or social media management
• Comfortable working independently with minimal hand-holding
• Quick response times and reliable availability

Nice to Have:

• Experience with e-commerce brands (Shopify, DTC)
• Familiarity with tools like Brandwise etc.
