Real Estate Wholesaling Virtual Assistant - Lead Generation & Acquisition

We are a real estate investment business based in Canada, focused on real estate wholesaling and identifying profitable off market or on market properties in both the United States and Canada. We're hiring a full-time VA to drive both sides of the business: Finding motivated sellers and building our cash buyer list.

What you'll do:

ACQUISITIONS

• Cold call property owners using our dialer and script (lists and training provided)
• Qualify motivated sellers: motivation, timeline, price property condition
• Book appointments and pass warm leads to our team
• Follow up with leads in the CRM until they convert or go cold
• Skip tracing and data entry; Keep the CRM clean and current

DISPOSITIONS

• Build and grow our cash buyer list worldwide
• Research investor groups, "we buy houses" advertisers, and landlord networks
• Qualify buyers: proof of funds, buy box (areas, price range, property type)
• Send new deals to matching buyers and coordinate showings

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST (40 hrs/week)

Pay: $6-8/HR based on experience + $100-150 bonus for every deal that closes from your leads. Paid weekly via Wise or PayPal.

You're a fit if you:

• Speak fluent, clear English with a natural accent
• Have cold calling experience (real estate wholesaling experience is a big plus)
• Know dialers (BatchDialer, Mojo, CallTools) and CRM's (Podio, GoHighLevel, REI Reply) - or learn fast
• Have a quiet workspace, stable internet (10+ Mbps) , and a good headset
• Are reliable, coachable, and hit daily targets
