B2B Appointment Setter | $1K Base + Commission

We are looking for experienced, high-performing appointment setters to join our growing U.S.-based AI company, Ctyd.

We help businesses increase their visibility on AI platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.

We want confident, motivated salespeople with excellent English who can consistently book appointments with U.S. business owners.

Compensation

• $1,000 USD/month base salary
• $25 per qualified appointment booked
• Uncapped commissions
• Full-time, 40 hours/week (U.S. business hours)

Responsibilities

• Make 150–200 outbound calls daily
• Speak with U.S. business owners
• Book qualified sales appointments
• Handle objections professionally
• Track calls and appointments in our CRM

Requirements

• Previous cold-calling or appointment-setting experience
• Excellent spoken English
• Experience working with U.S. clients
• Strong sales and communication skills
• Reliable internet and a quiet workspace
• Competitive, hardworking, and results-driven
