YouTube Animator Needed – $7 USD Per Minute – Long-Term Work

I am looking for a talented YouTube animator/video editor to join my channel long-term.

💰 PAY: $7 USD per finished minute of animation

🚨 NO AI-GENERATED ANIMATION OR AI-GENERATED VIDEOS

If you use AI to create the animation, artwork, characters, scenes, or video for your application/demo, your application will NOT be considered.

I am specifically looking for a real animator who can create and animate the content themselves. Please do not apply if your workflow relies on AI-generated visuals or AI video tools.

MY CURRENT CONTENT

Here is an example of my current content and animation style:

----------

I already have an established style and characters.

I DO NOT want to completely change this style.

Instead, I want to keep the same recognizable characters and overall look while significantly improving the animation quality, movement, pacing, transitions, and visual storytelling.

THE QUALITY I WANT TO MOVE TOWARDS

These are examples of videos with animation/editing that I really like:

----------

----------

I do NOT want these videos copied.

I want to take inspiration from their:

• Animation quality
• Character movement
• Visual storytelling
• Creativity
• Pacing
• Camera movement
• Transitions
• Scene variety
• Ability to keep the viewer visually engaged

The best way to describe what I want is:

My current characters and visual style + a much higher level of animation and visual storytelling.

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR

You should be able to:

• Animate characters naturally and creatively
• Create frequent character movement instead of relying on static images
• Make characters feel alive
• Create interesting scenes around the narration
• Use camera movement, zooms and transitions effectively
• Match animation closely to the voice-over
• Create visual jokes and entertaining moments
• Understand fast-paced YouTube editing
• Keep viewers visually engaged throughout the video
• Recreate and manipulate my existing characters consistently
• Take creative initiative without needing instructions for every single scene

I do not want the videos to feel like slideshows.

The narrator shouldn't say something and the video simply shows a static image representing it.

I want an animator who can think creatively about how to visually tell the story.

DEMO / TRIAL

Applicants will need to complete a short demo so I can see how well you understand and adapt to the style.

Animation/Editing Guide

----------

The guide includes additional information and a video explaining the editing/animation style I'm looking for.

Please watch and read the entire guide before completing your demo.

🚨 DO NOT USE AI FOR THE DEMO.

If I believe the demo has been created using AI-generated animation, AI video, AI-generated artwork, or other generative AI tools, the application will not be considered.

PAY

$7 USD per finished minute of animation.

For example:

10-minute video = $70 USD

20-minute video = $140 USD

This is intended to be an ongoing position with consistent work for the right animator.

LONG-TERM OPPORTUNITY

I'm not looking for someone for just one video.

I want to find an animator who can become a long-term member of the channel and help improve
