A2P 10DLC Registration Specialist (GoHighLevel) | Temporary Project

We are a US-based software company serving membership organizations and associations. We're looking for an experienced A2P 10DLC Registration Specialist to help us work through a backlog of client registrations and approvals.

This is a temporary, project-based position focused specifically on getting A2P registrations successfully submitted, troubleshooting rejected applications, and helping clients achieve approval.

We are looking for someone who has already done this work successfully, not someone who needs to learn A2P registration from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Review existing client A2P 10DLC registration status and identify outstanding issues.
• Prepare, submit, and troubleshoot brand and campaign registrations within GoHighLevel.
• Investigate rejected registrations and determine what needs to be corrected.
• Review business information, opt-in processes, messaging use cases, and compliance requirements.
• Identify missing information and clearly communicate what is needed from our team or clients.
• Track registration progress and follow up on pending submissions.
• Maintain an organized record of each client's status, outstanding requirements, and next steps.
• Help us work through our existing backlog as efficiently as possible.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience successfully completing A2P 10DLC registrations.
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel / HighLevel and LeadConnector.
• Strong understanding of A2P compliance requirements, including opt-in language, privacy policies, terms and conditions, and campaign use cases.
• Experience resolving rejected or failed registrations.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client registrations independently.
• Experience with Twilio and The Campaign Registry is a plus.

What Success Looks Like:
Our goal is simple: clear the existing backlog of A2P registrations and get as many eligible client accounts approved as possible.

We want someone who can take ownership of the process, identify obstacles, recommend solutions, and keep registrations moving without requiring constant supervision.
