Zoho Recruit Implementation and Automation Specialist

Acrow is seeking an experienced Zoho Recruit specialist to support the setup and implementation of a streamlined recruitment and employee onboarding process.

Working with our recruitment and onboarding team, you will:

• Configure Zoho Recruit — candidate profiles, recruitment stages, custom fields, permissions, templates and dashboards.
• Consolidate candidate data — import, merge and deduplicate former employee records and candidates sourced through job boards.
• Enable candidate self-service — configure portal access so candidates can update their details, upload résumés and tickets, and confirm availability.
• Automate onboarding — develop workflows, reminders, approvals and status tracking for employees, leaders and providers, including medical and PPE vendors.
• Support implementation — manage data mapping, testing, troubleshooting, user training and practical work instructions through rollout.

You will bring proven Zoho Recruit implementation experience, strong data migration and integration skills, and the ability to translate operational requirements into practical workflows. Microsoft 365 and Power Automate experience is highly regarded.
