02 - The Role
As a Performance Video Editor, you'll edit short-form vertical video that stops the scroll and converts across TikTok, Reels and Shorts. You'll turn raw footage and scripts into scroll-stopping cuts, produce multiple variations of each winner, and work to performance data — keeping what converts and cutting what doesn't.

03 - What we're looking for

• You have 2 yrs+ experience editing direct response ads for paid social campaigns.
• You edit for retention curves, not for pretty transitions.
• You're fast in Premiere or CapCut — hours, not days, per cut.
• You understand hooks, pacing and the first 3 seconds.
• You're detail-orientated and take pride in clean, tight cuts.
• You're open to feedback and quick to turn around revisions.
• You're comfortable working async and managing your own queue.

04 - What you'll be doing

• Edit UGC-style and direct-response vertical video weekly.
• Turn raw footage and scripts into scroll-stopping cuts.
• Produce multiple variations of each winner to feed testing.
• Work to performance data — keep what converts, cut what doesn't.
• Collaborate with strategists on hooks and angles before editing.

📞 Weekly Calls & Creative Training
Weekly team check-ins, creative reviews and training sessions keep everyone connected and continuously learning. Calls typically run between 2pm–6pm GMT on Mondays and Wednesdays.
