AI Video Ad Editor (AI UGC + AI B-roll) for a Fast-Growing Health Drink Brand

We’re a 100% pure ginger juice brand growing fast in the Netherlands and Belgium. We’re building a team of AI video editors to create a high volume of short-form ads for Meta and TikTok, with consistent long-term work for the right people.

WHAT YOU’LL CREATE
Our ads are mostly AI-generated. You’ll create:

• AI talking creators/UGC with realistic lipsync
• AI B-roll (product, lifestyle, ginger, juice, kitchen shots)
• Fast-paced TikTok-style direct-response edits with AI voiceover, captions, and sound design

Scripts and creative direction come from our creative strategist. Your job is to bring them to life and d ---------- what the viewer sees at every second.

YOU ARE A FIT IF YOU:

• Have made direct-response or e-commerce ads (ads that sell a product, not just content)
• Use AI tools like Veo/Flow, Kling, Higgsfield, Seedance, HeyGen, Arc Ads, ElevenLabs, or similar
• Can make AI people look natural, not obviously AI
• Care about sound design, pacing, and hooks
• Can deliver consistently and take feedback well

PAY & PROCESS

• $25 per finished 30–60 sec ad, with more for top performers
• Steady weekly volume for editors who match our style
• Shortlisted editors get a paid trial video with our full brief
