About the Role

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a creative, organized content partner for a fractional CMO and brand strategist serving US brands that runs two businesses; gemma.studio and Stacie Dauffenbach Marketing Solutions. We work with a handful
of great clients. You’ll turn ideas into thoughtful, on-brand content and use AI to work efficiently without losing the human touch.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own content strategy and creation for gemma.studio: 2 to 3 social posts a week (including video) plus light website content
  • Create 1 post a week plus website content for my business and personal brand (mostly LinkedIn)
  • Help create social content for select clients
  • Build and maintain a Claude Project for each brand. I'll give you the context and

documents, and you make sure tone of voice and positioning stay on point.

  • Create and iterate on image and video creative using whatever tools work best for

you, whether that's AI, Canva or something else

  • Turn bigger video ideas into clear briefs for our video editor
  • Take my briefs and run with them: expand the ideas, create the post copy, and

put plans into decks

YOU'RE A FIT IF YOU

  • Have a good English command
  • Call yourself a Claude power user and can speak to how you use Projects and

project knowledge to keep content on brand

  • Are open to using AI for any or all of the content, and know how to guide it and

elevate what comes out to fit the brand you're working on

  • Have a good eye and ear for what feels real and on brand for a US audience, so

nothing reads or looks like AI

  • Have good instincts for short-form video (Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • Can switch between brand voices without mixing them up
  • Are a strong digital communicator. We'll meet about once a week, and the rest

happens over chat (Slack, WhatsApp or Teams), so you don't need a lot of
meetings to get direction.

  • Are comfortable working from an Asana board: picking up tasks, updating status,

and flagging blockers early

  • Are organized and proactive, and hit deadlines without being chased

HOW WE WORK
We’ll have about one check-in call each week. Day-to-day work happens over chat and Asana. Hours are flexible, as long as the work gets done, but you should be proactive, independent, and a great digital communicator.

HOW TO APPLY

Email your application with the subject line Content Creator & Manager – [Your Full Name] and include:

  • Your updated resume
  • Samples of your work or portfolio
