Creator Manager VA | UGC Creator Marketing Agency | $1000/mo with performance bonuses

We are hiring a Creator Manager VA at UGC World Agency, one of the fastest growing UGC agencies right now. You will work directly with our Head of Campaigns, supporting finance and operational tasks that keep the agency running day to day.

What you'll be doing:

• Onboarding new team members, giving them access to all the tools and systems they need
• Light HR support, reviewing applications from people applying to join the team
• Processing creator payouts on an approval basis
• Logging expenses
• Ad hoc tasks as they come up, outside of the recruiting, sales, and campaign management work already handled by other team members

What you'll earn:

• Test task (1 to 2hrs a day): trial to see your skills
• Paid training (2 weeks, part-time hours): $100/month
• Test phase (2 weeks, part-time hours): $200/month
• Full-time: $400/month
• Performance bonuses of up to +$600/month when all responsibilities are kept on track and you take over additional CSM-level ownership

How it works:

• Weeks 1 to 2: paid training alongside the Head of Campaigns
• Weeks 3 to 4: test phase, you take on payout and application review responsibilities with oversight
• Week 5 onwards: full-time, or up to 2 weeks notice

• Fluent written and spoken English
• Available during US business hours
• Able to transition from part-time (~4 hours/day) to full-time (8 hours/day) WITHIN 2 TO 4 WEEKS
