Job Description

I am looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to help grow my Amazon UK business using the Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM) model.

Your main responsibility will be to find profitable, high-demand branded products to buy from UK wholesalers and resell on Amazon

Key Responsibilities

• Find profitable branded products to sell on Amazon UK through FBM.
• Research UK wholesalers and distributors offering competitive trade prices.
• Identify products with high sales rankings, consistent demand and strong profit potential.
• Compare supplier prices with Amazon selling prices.
• Calculate net profit after Amazon fees, UK postage, packaging and other relevant costs.
• Research products using Keepa, SellerAmp SAS and other relevant tools.
• Check Amazon UK restrictions, approval requirements and competition levels.
• Find products with competitive buy prices and sustainable profit margins.
• Verify EANs, ASINs and product authenticity where possible.
• Maintain an Excel or Google Sheets tracker containing supplier links, costs, selling prices, estimated sales and net profit.
• Provide a regular shortlist of researched products ready for me to evaluate and purchase.

Requirements

• Proven experience researching products for the Amazon UK marketplace.
• Understanding of Amazon FBM and UK wholesale sourcing.
• Experience with Keepa, SellerAmp SAS or similar tools.
• Knowledge of UK suppliers, distributors and wholesale websites.
• Strong analytical skills and accurate profit calculations.
• Excellent written English and communication skills.
• Organised, reliable and able to work independently.
• Ability to identify genuine opportunities rather than relying on sales rank alone.
