Dispatcher - Equipment Rental (US Client)

We're hiring for a growing North American equipment rental company. You'll join a small operations team that keeps machines moving to and from job sites on time.

Schedule: Full-time, US Eastern business hours
Pay: $8-10 USD/hour, based on experience

YOUR MAIN FOCUS: DELIVERIES AND PICKUPS

• Schedule and route equipment deliveries and pickups with drivers and transport partners
• Confirm times with customers and job-site contacts, and keep them updated when plans change
• Track every unit out and back, and follow up on late returns and missed pickups
• Keep dispatch records, delivery tickets and the rental system accurate

YOU'LL ALSO SUPPORT THE TEAM WITH

• Equipment bookings and availability checks
• Calls and email s with branches, suppliers and customers

YOU'LL DO WELL HERE IF YOU HAVE

• 1-3 years in dispatch, logistics, fleet or delivery coordination (US/Canada clients a strong plus)
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Calm under pressure, with a full board and changing priorities
• Sharp attention to detail
