Fitness Education Specialist (Pilates)

About the Role:

We are a global fitness institute seeking a dedicated, Full-Time Assessor based remotely in the Philippines to join our international education team. In this role, you will evaluate student work across our Pilates Matwork and Reformer programs. By providing timely, constructive, and personalized feedback, you will play a crucial part in helping our students become confident, capable Pilates instructors.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate student submissions accurately and consistently, maintaining a 3-business-day turnaround time.
• Assess key components of Pilates Matwork and Reformer programs, such as lesson plans, exercise sequencing, safety modifications, and teaching evaluations.
• Provide clear, encouraging, and highly constructive written feedback to guide students on what they did well and what needs improvement.
• Conduct and document Professional Discussions with students when required by the course structure.
• Manage your assessment workload independently and maintain accurate student records within our learning management systems.
• Collaborate with the Head of Education and participate in quality assurance, moderation, and calibration sessions to ensure grading consistency across the team.

What We’re Looking For

• Relevant qualifications, training, or professional experience sufficient to evaluate Pilates instruction.
• A strong understanding of assessment principles and evidence-based decision-making.
• Excellent written and spoken professional English, with the ability to write clear and supportive feedback.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to thrive independently in a remote work environment.
• Highly Desirable: Previous experience in Pilates education, vocational/skills-based assessment, or working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
