About the Role

We are a real estate business operating across Scotland and England, looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Sales Virtual Assistant with high ATD to work closely with one of our Co-Founders.

You'll play an important role in supporting our sales team, connecting with potential clients, following up on leads, and ensuring appointments and viewings are arranged efficiently.

Your Responsibilities

1. Make outbound cold calls to potential clients using our lead lists and CRM.
2. Qualify leads and arrange appointments and property viewings.
3. Follow up with warm leads through calls, text messages, and email s.
4. Record call notes, lead outcomes, and follow-up actions accurately in the CRM.
5. Manage calendars and confirm appointments.
6. Consistently meet daily and weekly call and booking targets.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1–2 years of experience in cold calling and appointment setting.
• Experience in real estate, property sales, lettings, or property investment is preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• A confident, friendly, and professional approach to sales calls.
• Previous experience using CRM systems.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A self-motivated individual who is comfortable working towards targets.
• A reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment.
