About the Role

I’m a creative director leading marketing and creative for a health and wellness brand. I’m looking for a sharp, reliable personal assistant to take things off my plate across both work and life. Some days that means project support, other days it’s personal errands handled online. If you like variety and can run with things without being micromanaged, this could be a great fit.

What you’ll help with:

Work projects: organizing creative assets and files, tracking deadlines and deliverables, following up with collaborators and creators, prepping briefs and docs, light research, and keeping project boards up to date.
Admin: managing my calendar and scheduling, sorting my inbox, drafting email s and messages, and setting meeting reminders.
Research: finding vendors, tools, references, creators, and inspiration, then summarizing what you find clearly.
Personal requests: booking appointments, travel and reservations, online orders, comparing options before purchases, and other day-to-day tasks that come up.

Must haves:

Experience assisting a creative, marketing, or agency professional.
Basic design or video editing skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and how content performs on them.
Strong written English. You’ll be communicating on my behalf.
Very organized and detail-oriented. Nothing falls through the cracks.
Proactive. You flag problems early and suggest solutions instead of waiting to be told.
Fast learner who’s comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and Canva (experience with AI tools is a big plus).
Available for some overlap with US Eastern time.
Discreet and trustworthy with personal and business information.

Experience assisting a creative, marketing, or agency professional.
Basic design or video editing skills.
Social media familiarity.

How to apply:
Send a short intro about yourself, your relevant experience, and your availability in EST. Start your message with the words “Creative assistant” so I know you read the full post. Applications that skip this won’t be reviewed.

Wage/salary
This one’s up to you. For a full-time general VA on OnlineJobs.ph, roughly $400–$800/month is common, and you’ll pay toward the higher end for strong English and initiative. Check the site’s “Suggest a salary” button for current numbers before you commit.
