Full-Time Video Editor (Direct-Response Ads & Short-Form) - $1,000/month

We're a fast-growing marketing agency. We produce direct-response video ads for Meta and other advertising platforms, as well as videos for our clients' content marketing. As we keep adding new clients, we're constantly looking for talented video editors to join our team long term.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Edit direct-response video ads (hook + body) from raw talking-head footage
• Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
• Add captions, music, sound design, b-roll and motion graphics
• Create multiple versions of the same ad with different hooks for testing

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 1 year of experience editing ads or short-form content
• Motion graphics skills
• Good English (all our videos are in English)
• Fast and reliable, with a stable internet connection

PAY
$1,000/month, full time, paid monthly. The position starts with a 2-week paid trial.

3. Choose 3-4 of your best edits, the ones you're proudest of or the most challenging. We'd especially like to see:

• direct-response video ads, similar in style to the reference in the trial task, or
• content marketing videos, like Reels, Shorts or TikToks you edited for a brand's or creator's social media profiles

4. Submit your test videos and best edits via a Google Drive link, set to "Anyone with the link can view." Alternatively, attach the material directly within this application.

Edit two hooks of your choice and the body, so we get two complete ads (Hook + Body each).

The reference is only a guide to the style we like: the cuts, the music and the motion graphics. It's a starting point, not a template. You're free to create better motion graphics than the ones in the reference and to add your own ideas: we want to see what you can really do, and how you would make it even better.
